These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lineaposture.com, the Linea waitlist, and any presale order placed through the Site (together, the “Site”), operated by Linea Wearables, Inc. (“Linea,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Site, joining the waitlist, or placing a presale order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This page also includes our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, participate in the referral program, or place a presale order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Site lets you join a waitlist for Linea's upcoming product and, where available, skip the waitlist by placing a presale order (the “Founder's Batch”) with a fully refundable deposit. Presale payments are processed through Stripe.
Deposit and balance. Placing a presale order charges a $89 deposit, which locks in your unit at the presale price shown at checkout (for example, $199 for Batch 1; the price increases to $249 once Batch 1 sells out). The deposit is credited toward that price. The remaining balance is charged separately, before your order ships.
Estimates, not guarantees. Any ship date, delivery window, or launch timeline referenced on the Site (including “Q4 2026” or any similar estimate) is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Development timelines for new hardware can shift. We will notify presale customers by email of any material delay or change affecting their order.
Cancellation and refunds. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before we charge the remaining balance, by emailing info@lineaposture.com. Once the balance has been charged, you may still cancel and receive a full refund of everything paid at any time before your order ships.
Price protection. Your presale price is locked in at the time of order. If we lower the presale price before your order ships, you may cancel your original order and reorder at the lower price; we will not automatically refund the difference on an order you keep.
Product changes. Product specifications and features described on the Site are subject to change during development. We will communicate material changes to presale customers before their order ships.
International orders. All prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to orders shipped outside the United States. If you place an order for delivery outside the United States, you are solely responsible for any such charges assessed on your order; they are not collected by Linea at checkout and are not included in any refund of the presale price. We reserve the right to limit presale availability to specific countries.
We reserve the right to limit presale quantities, refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount charged), or modify presale pricing and availability for orders not yet placed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address (and, if given, phone number) and for keeping it up to date. You consent to receive transactional and order-related emails necessary to operate the waitlist, referral program, and presale. Marketing emails and SMS messages are sent only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and can be opted out of at any time.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and design, is owned by Linea Wearables, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site and any information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product timeline or specification described on the Site will not change before launch.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linea Wearables, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Linea Wearables, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date below, and material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We keep your information as long as needed to run the waitlist, referral program, and presale, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you but may keep a minimal record of that choice — to honor it and prevent duplicate signups.
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child gave us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our database and vendor accounts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We and our service providers are based in the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed here, under U.S. law rather than your home country's.
